An explosion occurred as the evaporating dish was too hot.
So hot + cold = an explosion of hot steam.
Which our whole group didn't know.
So poor Mark's hand got burnt in a cloud of hot steam. ):
And the dish broke into half. xDDD
Then got a new dish and heat the sugar, very fast then it melted.
Then Kevin continued heating it.
Then the sugar turned black then slimy black 9x then it caught fire.

It was quite fun actually but super tiring also.
The product, atom model, was quite satisfactory except for the sides. :X
But it's very good already, we did it in less than half a day. :D
